Please note that shipping times are estimated from the time of dispatch and are meant as a guideline only. Nuyorkworks is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as customs clearance, payment processing, or other unforeseen issues.

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Ghana, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and various countries within the European Union.

Returns

Please be aware that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item(s) have not yet shipped. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee, and orders that include shipped items cannot be canceled.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original designer garment tags still attached.
